La historia
La Fiesta opened in 1973 the way the good places always do — a small kitchen, a long-standing family recipe, and a stubborn refusal to use anything that comes out of a bag.
Fifty-three years later, the way we cook hasn't budged. Tortillas pressed in-house. Salsas blended every morning. Carne marinated overnight. We make it the way our families made it for us, and we serve it like you're one of them.
